CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

There are no cancellations and/or refunds after 24 hours has passed starting from the time the order has been placed. 

For cancellations beofre that 24 hr period please contact us at [email protected] we'll be happy to assit you!

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, there are no  returns or exchanges available at this time. To avoid any misunderstandings please read the desired product description carefully & if available watch product video before placing an order. In addition, customers may ask for detailed photos/video of the desired item before placing an order.

- pictures are not heavily edited but please keep in mind that some details & colors may not be captured by the camera/screen monitor

handmade & vintage 

- please be aware that the handmade items available are made similar but not exactly the same! Photos are taken of one individual product to preview the rest

- handmade products that are made with vintage supplies may have wear/tear due to their age. please expect visible imperfections

- we add unique disclaimers to the listing description for certain products please read carefully before checking out 

- vintage products may come with wear/tear due to their age

- every order is packaged with care, however we are not liable for any mishandeling that may occur during transit
- once an order leaves our studio we are not liable for lost/stolen packages
